You may use this software for personal private use only. You may not use this software or its output for commercial purposes, or sell, distribute or transmit the output to any third party, in any form.

COPYRIGHT:

This software and documentation are owned and copyright. You may not copy the software or the documentation except for one copy of the software for archiving or backup purposes only. All other copies are in violation of this Agreement.

LIABILITY:

In no event shall Turnbull or its suppliers or its distributors be liable to you for any special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, including lost profits or lost savings, arising out of the use or inability to use this software.

Turnbull makes no representations or guarantees regarding the information and techniques described in the software and manual, how you may utilize the information and techniques described, or how the software may perform in the future.

The sole responsibility for any use of the software remains with you, the purchaser. Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect in material or workmanship is expressly limited to replacement of the software with a functionally equivalent program.

TERMS:

This license is effective until expired. This license will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, and at Terms of Service.

GOVERNED:

This Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of India and shall ensure to the benefit of Turnbull, its successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

By registering this software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, verbal and/or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
