Before you can look at any stock research & advisory report and stock chart, you must have stock market data i.e. Price and Volume Data. This data includes Open/ High/ Low/ Close/ Volume/ Deliveries/ Open Interest information of Indian stocks/ derivatives for a trading day.

The in-built data downloader, WebUpdate, collects end-of-day and real-time data (11:15AM/ 2:15PM) in a custom-defined format automatically from our website through the Internet and updates it into the software.

Alternatively, data can also be downloaded manually from our website (using a web browser) and updated into the software using the ManualUpdate option.

The downloaded stock data is stored locally on your hard drive, and is made available in 2 formats:

Once the stock market data has been downloaded and stored on your local hard drive, all tehnical analysis investment research & advisory reports, stock market information and prospecting reports, and stock charts also get archived (limited to a lookback period of 1-mo through 3-mo) on your desktop -- you could then retrieve these back issues any time for all your needs!

Stocks in Trader's Routine, Frontline/ F&O Advisory and Investor's Routine are analysed and published daily (end-of-day), and the Market Outlook (information and prospecting) reports are also published daily (end-of-day), with a guaranteed coverage of 46 weeks in a calendar year of 52 weeks.

Typically, stocks in the ElliottWave Advisory are analysed as per the following schedule in a month of 21 trading days:

1. The stocks listed in the EWA table above are analysed once a month.
   
2. The number of stocks presently analysed in EWA in a trading month of 21 trading days are 20 (excluding the market indices), and they will be steadily raised to 30 stocks in the coming weeks.
   
3. The EWA analysis is normally issued by 9AM IST (next trading day).
   
4. The EWA analysis is available for a period of 46 weeks in a calendar year of 52 weeks. The 'hiatus' period of 6 weeks, spread across Diwali, calendar year-end and summer, serves as a rejuvenation period for our analysts.

5. EWA analysis is not updated on public holidays: it's generally updated 1 day prior to any such public holidays except in special circumstances when it's updated 1 day after such public holidays.

Stocks and derivatives data for the Charting Module is issued daily (end-of-day) with a guaranteed coverage of 46 weeks in a calendar year of 52 weeks.
